Educate yourself and improve your health with a one-on-one nutritional consultation. A licensed and registered dietitian will help educate you with information on general nutrition, how to manage your weight with proper nutrition and how to fuel your body if you are an athlete. This service is open to adults and children. Please contact the Wellness Director at 304.757.0016 for more information.
Orientations
Our wellness staff will introduce you to our equipment through three (3), free, one-on-one instructional orientations. Your first and second appointments will guide you through the selectorized weight circuit. The third orientation, which is optional, may be used to review the circuit or learn some various free weight exercises. ALL ORIENTATIONS MUST BE SCHEDULED.

PEIA Weight Management
It takes discipline, support and a willingness to change your lifestyle for good. Even a modest weight loss of 10% can improve your blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels. It can make activities of daily living easier like walking, tying your shoe laces, carrying groceries, playing with the kids, sleeping well at night and lessening joint pain.
To help you lose weight and improve your health, PEIA offers a weight management program at approved sites throughout West Virginia, one of which is the Tri-County YMCA.
You must have PEIA Insurance to participate. If you have any questions about eligibility of this program or to start the enrollment process, please call toll free 1-866-688-7493.
