Boot Camp
50 minutes of fat blasting, muscle building, heart pumping no frills fitness. This class is held twice a week.

Session 1: January 6 - March 15 (no classes April 14-18)
Session 2: March 17 - May 21

A combination of Latin, hip-hop, oldies, country, and top 40 dances; cleverly choreographed with fun, aerobic, dance, and fitness moves. Tempo and rhythms vary to create the aerobic interval that burns fat, sculpts the body, and makes this 45 minutes of exercising fly by!

Non-Members: $6 per class | $35 for 6 classes | $65 for 12 classes


Group Exercise Card
Non-members may purchase this card to participate in Group Exercise classes. This card may not be used for Zumba or Boot Camp.

Non-Members: $60 for two months unlimited usage (not including Zumba or Boot Camp)

Single classes may be purchased at $6 per class.


Group Exercise Classes
Tri-County YMCA offers classes utilizing basic floor combinations, drills, the step, free weights, weighted bars, resistance bands, BOSU, jump ropes, kickboxing, and dance moves.

Boot Camp
Hi-Intensity, no frills, total body workout. Class has a session fee. (See Tri-county Program guide) T-shirt given for completing the required number of classes in a session! Participants must register at front desk.

this class is full of boxing and kicking moves to get your heart pumping. Hi impact or low impact – the choice is yours! We use the whole gym to keep you moving! Have fun and work at your own pace.

Get lean, long, & strong in this great mat class. Focus is on the core (abs – back) strengthening through fluid & continuous movements, with special attention to alignment & breath control. You’ll get solid abdominal & back work and build lean, strong upper & lower body muscles too. Keep up with this class, and you will see results.

Strength Training +
This class is a total body class which uses rhythmic resistance exercises to build muscle and increase metabolism. Dumbbells, weighted body bars, elastic bands, and participants own body weight provide the resistance. Proper technique and form are demonstrated & monitored by an experienced instructor. Great class for all ages and fitness levels!

Sweat Shop
You’ll get step, Boot Camp & more with a combination of intervals, kicking, boxing, drills, resistance & cardio challenges. All limbs are in constant motion for most of the class! The variety, great music, & class enthusiasm motivates you to take your fitness to a new level. This class is great for men & women. Be prepared to work hard. A moderate to high intensity class. You are encouraged to adjust your personal intensity level as needed.

Step Strength
Love to step? Works up a sweat on, off, and around the bench. Our choreography is easy to follow and will really get your heart pumping. BONUS: You’ll get a resistance workout, abs and stretching too! This is another great all in-one-class!

Clear your mind, increase your flexibility & challenge your body with yoga poses and relaxation techniques. Yoga mat is recommended for all classes. Classes emphasize breathing postures & relaxation techniques for the total well being of the body and mind.

Silver Sneakers Classic -Muscular Endurance/Range of Motion.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement & activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Silver Sneakers Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular & muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching & relaxation exercises.
