A combination of Latin, hip-hop, oldies, country, and top 40 dances; cleverly choreographed with fun, aerobic, dance, and fitness moves. Tempo and rhythms vary to create the aerobic interval that burns fat, sculpts the body, and makes this 45 minutes of exercising fly by!

Group Exercise Classes
Tri-County YMCA offers classes utilizing basic floor combinations, drills, the step, free weights, weighted bars, resistance bands, BOSU, jump ropes, kickboxing, and dance moves.
40 Minutes to Fitness
Forty minutes of easy to follow movement for the entire body. This class is a great way to start your Group Fitness Class experience. You will work your entire body in this class of nonstop, easy to follow exercises to great music. You can easily adapt movements to fit your fitness level.
Pump, Jump and Jab
This class integrates basic kickboxing moves with classic weight training for a complete easy to follow, anyone can do it, workout. Sculpt your entire body and burn fat and calories with exercises that use multiple muscle groups at once. Come join this fun class that combines kickboxing favorites and weight training basics. All Levels. Moderate Intensity!
F.I.T. (Fun Intense Training)
Drills, Drills, Drills! Check out this fast, fun and challenging exercise class that will work you from head to toe with cardio drills, then resistance. There are no fancy steps so it’s easy to follow. This is a great workout for guys & gals of all ages because you pick your own intensity level!
Fab Fun Fitness
This class is full of simple moves and large movements to get your heart pumping. High impact or low impact – the choice is yours! We use the whole gym to keep you moving and grooving! Have fun and work at your own pace.
Get lean, long & strong in this great mat class. Focus is on core (abs & back) strengthening through fluid & continuous movements, with special attention to alignment & breath control. You’ll get solid abdominal and back work and build lean, strong upper & lower body muscles, too.
You’ll get Kickboxing, Boot Camp and more with a combination of intervals, kicking, boxing, resistance and cardio challenges. All limbs are in constant motion for most of the class! This is a moderate to high intensity class, and you are strongly encouraged to adjust your personal intensity level as needed.
Work up a sweat on, off and around the bench. Our choreography is easy to follow and will really get your heart pumping. BONUS: you’ll get a resistance workout, abs and stretching too!
Clear your mind, increase your flexibility and challenge your body with yoga poses and relaxation techniques. Yoga mats are recommended for all yoga classes. Classes emphasize breathing postures and relaxation techniques for the total well being of the body and mind.
Ripped to the Rhythm
Guts & Butts + ABC – Guts & Butts and ABCs is now one class that will work your abs, buns, arms, back, and chest through flowing rhythmic moves to great music. The class will use weights, bands, your body, and other props to strengthen and sculpt muscles in your entire body. The class is suitable for the beginner to the advanced participants with lots of modifications shown for different fitness levels.
A fusion of Pilates and Yoga which works the core through Pilates exercises and increases flexibility through Yoga. Check out this dynamic blend of two popular classes. This class is suitable for the beginner to the advanced participant with lots of modifications shown for each level.
