Get ready to shake things up in one pool party you don't want to miss! Less impact on your joints in the water means you can really let loose during class. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles while getting a fun aerobic workout. This high energy workout is full of great tunes and great for any age.
The workout will be an hour long and emphasize flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular benefit. This lap pool workout has little to no impact on your joints.
The YMCA of the USA will award the lifeguarding certification to those individuals who meet the requirements in the course. Full participation is required. Certification will include YMCA Lifeguarding, AED, Oxygen, First Aid, and CPR/PR. All certifications are good for 2 full years from the date issued. Recerts are available upon request.
