All programs with additional fees require pre-registration.  Early enrollment is encouraged in order to get a count of participants and to determine instructor needs.

Registrations must be accompanied with payment and are on a first come basis.  You will be notified only if the class has been cancelled or filled.  Registration and payment by check, cash, credit or debit card can be made in person at the YMCA Member Services Desk or mail.  A returned check fee of $25.00 will be charged for each occurrence.  Two returned checks will result in a cash payment only being accepted for that participant.

Registration and payment for all programs located off-site of the Tri-County YMCA premises are processed through the Member Services Desk.  Registrations and payments are not accepted at off-site locations.

Membership

Membership cards are provided to all members and must be scanned during each visit. Children and adults must scan their cards each time.  Cards are not transferable and a $3.00 fee will be charged for replacement.

Children under the age of 11 must be directly supervised by an adult in the facility unless they are participating in a program activity. The use of violence and profanity are not allowed in the facility.  Repeated offenses may be result in loss of membership privileges.

Rates

Membership rates can be paid on an annual basis or by a monthly bank draft from a checking or savings account or from a credit card.  The Tri-County YMCA is able to work through most local banks and credit unions.  Joining fees are assessed as a one time payment that is not required after the first year of membership if it is kept current.  If the membership lapses for more than thirty days, the joining fee will be assessed again.  When signing up for membership, the joining fee and the first month’s payment are required and the bank draft or credit card draft will begin the next month.   Any returns for non-sufficient funds will be charged an additional $10.00 service fee.
